Every time your assistant answers a visitor's question, that's one AI reply. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of replies.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
On Free and Starter the assistant pauses answering until the next month or an upgrade. Higher plans can be configured for metered overage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change takes effect immediately.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Nubo is billed by usage (AI replies), not by the number of team members.
Which AI models are included?
Free uses an economy model; Starter adds GPT-4o and Claude; Pro unlocks all models with automatic per-question model selection.
