This policy explains what personal data Nubo (“Nubo”, “we”) collects, why we collect it, how it is stored and protected, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website and to the Nubo application and embeddable chat assistant. It is written to align with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13).
Information we collect
We collect only the data we need to provide the service:

How we use your information
- Operate the AI assistant and generate answers from your knowledge base.
- Maintain conversation context during a chat session.
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Enforce plan limits, measure usage, and support billing.
- Provide support and respond to your enquiries.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service, and keep it secure.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Cookies & tracking
The application uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to run core features — these are always on because the service cannot work without them.
On this marketing website we also use Google Analytics, which sets first-party analytics cookies (for example _ga) to help us understand usage. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the service:
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — receive the chat messages and relevant knowledge-base context needed to generate a response.
- Identity provider — handles secure sign-in and authentication.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, databases, and storage.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics, subject to your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. We share only what is necessary for each provider's function.
Where data is stored & how long
- Infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union.
- Chat session history is stored transiently and expires automatically (typically within about 60 minutes of inactivity).
- Account and workspace data is kept in a managed database; uploaded content is kept in secured storage and a search index for as long as your account is active.
- We retain data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it on request, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
How we protect your information
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for data moving between your browser and our services.
- Authentication delegated to a dedicated identity provider, with passwordless one-time codes.
- Access controls and separation of each customer's workspace (tenant isolation).
- Hosting on Microsoft Azure, benefiting from its platform security and access management.
- Limiting access to personal data to those who need it to operate the service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any security issue.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access and update your personal information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Request a copy of your data (portability).
- Withdraw analytics consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
