Get your AI chat widget up and running in 4 simple steps

Host URL is Mandatory

The Host URL must be configured before embedding the chat widget. Without this configuration, the chat widget will not function correctly.

Configure Host URL

Set your website's base URL in the Configuration page. This is where your chat widget will be hosted and is required for the widget to function properly.

Go to Configuration page
Enter your website's base URL
Ensure the URL is accurate and accessible
Save your configuration

Define Chat Prompt

Set up the default chat prompt that guides how the AI responds to users. This helps ensure the chat aligns with your intended behavior and provides consistent responses.

Navigate to Configuration page
Enter your desired chat prompt
Example: 'You are a helpful customer support assistant'
Customize based on your needs

Personalize Appearance (Optional)

Customize the widget's look and feel to match your brand. Visit the Customizations page to adjust colors, text, and icons.

Go to Customizations page
Set your brand color and title
Upload a custom icon
Adjust button text and other elements

Embed the Widget

Copy the generated script and add it to your website's HTML. The widget will automatically initialize when the page loads.

Copy the embed script
Paste into your website's <head> section
Test on a staging environment first
Deploy to production
